You’re handing us real authority. Here’s how we look after it.
A customer authorization is a meaningful thing to sign. This page is a plain account of how your data — and that signature — is protected.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Data moving between your browser and our servers travels over TLS. Data at rest in our database is encrypted by our infrastructure provider.
Row-level access control, not just app-level
Our database enforces row-level security policies directly — your profile, your move, and your service records are only ever readable by your own account, enforced at the database layer, not just by application logic that could have a bug.
A real audit trail for your signature
Every customer authorization stores the signature image, the exact text you agreed to, a timestamp, and the signing IP address — so there's a verifiable record of exactly what you authorized and when.
Data minimization
We only ask for what a move actually requires. We don't collect data 'just in case,' and we don't sell it — see our Privacy Policy for the full list of what we hold.
Your control
You can revoke a customer authorization or delete your account at any time — see our FAQ for how. We're built around GDPR and CCPA principles by design, not bolted on afterward.
Found a security issue?
We take responsible disclosure seriously. If you’ve found a vulnerability, please email security@reloca8.com with details before disclosing publicly — we’ll respond promptly.
