Reloca8 is free for movers, always. This page explains, plainly, how we actually make money — so there's never a question about it.
Last updated 15 September 2026How it works
When you compare broadband or fiber deals through Reloca8 and sign up with a provider, that provider pays us a referral commission for the introduction. That’s it — that’s the entire business model behind the free comparison tool.
What's monetized
Today, only new-customer broadband and fiber comparisons are commission-based. If you click “Select Deal” on a provider in your dashboard, the link includes a referral identifier tied to your account so the provider can credit Reloca8 for the signup.
What isn't monetized
Submitting your customer authorization to cancel or transfer a utility, council tax, NHS, DMV, or USPS record earns Reloca8 nothing. Those services exist because they’re the actual admin burden of moving house, not because there’s a commission attached — we simply believe a good moving service has to handle the unglamorous, unmonetizable parts too.
It never costs you more
The commission comes out of the provider’s marketing budget, not your bill. Signing up for the same plan directly with the provider, instead of through Reloca8, would cost you the same — you simply wouldn’t have had the deal surfaced and compared for you.
How we choose what to show
We compare live, publicly available new-customer offers from the providers we partner with for your region and list them side by side on price, speed, contract length, and setup fee, so you can judge for yourself.
